Clarmont is a digital estate planning vault operated by Polsia Inc. Our service lets you store passwords, documents, crypto wallet details, and other sensitive information — and designate trusted beneficiaries to access them when you're gone.

Account information: Your email address, name, and bcrypt-hashed password. We never store your plaintext password.
Vault contents: Files, documents, credentials, and crypto wallet details you upload. All vault contents are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We cannot decrypt or read your vault contents.
Beneficiary information: Names, email addresses, and relationships of people you designate as beneficiaries.
Billing information: We use Stripe for payment processing. We store your Stripe customer email and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials.
Usage data: Page visits and feature usage for analytics (via anonymous beacon). No personally identifiable information in analytics.
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not show you ads.
Your vault contents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. Encryption keys are derived from your session — we cannot access your encrypted data without your credentials.
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Metadata and encrypted records are stored on Neon PostgreSQL (hosted in the US). All data in transit uses TLS 1.3.

Clarmont staff: We can see account metadata (email, plan, signup date) for support purposes. We cannot see your encrypted vault contents.
Your beneficiaries: Only the specific documents, credentials, or wallet details you explicitly grant them access to — and only after you approve an access request or configure automatic access.
Third parties: We do not share your data with third parties except: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (file storage infrastructure), and Neon (database hosting). Each is governed by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all vault contents, beneficiary designations, and personal information are permanently deleted within 30 days.
To request account deletion, email lifelocker@polsia.app. Note: lifetime plans are non-refundable per our terms, but we will delete your data on request.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at lifelocker@polsia.app.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use session tokens (stored in localStorage) to keep you logged in. We use an anonymous analytics beacon to count page visits — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data in analytics.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
