Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly — new features available immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You won't lose any files. Uploads are paused until you either delete files or upgrade your plan.
Is annual billing really 20% off?
Yes. Annual plans are billed once per year at a rate equivalent to ~20% off the monthly price. You can see the exact monthly equivalent on each plan above.
How secure is my data?
Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is protected by session-based authentication. Your data is stored in Cloudflare's global network.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No PayPal or wire transfer at this time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of current period. Annual plans do not have partial refunds but you retain access through the paid period.
